摘要 

为解决手工查数纸张数量费事费力且精度较低的问题,笔者将FDC2214电容传感器模块与主控模块STM32单片机相结合,设计一款带有自动校准功能的纸张数量检测装置,实现对极板间纸张数量的准确测量.通过电容的变化,将电容值进行拟合得出纸张数量.与其他纸张测量设备相比,该检测装置操作简单、反应速度更快、准确率更高.校准环节分别采用区间拟合和曲线拟合的思想对采集的电容值进行函数拟合,以此提高测量精度.在测试模式下,纸张测试反应速度快、精度高,可实现约100张纸的测量,在纸张数量检测方面具有广泛的适用空间.

Abstract: 

In order to solve the problems of manual counting of paper quantity,which is laborious and low accuracy,this paper designs a paper quantity detection device with automatic calibration function by combining FDC2214 capacitance sensor module with the master control module STM32 single chip microcomputer,which can realize accurate measurement of paper quantity between polar plates.According to the change of capacitance,the paper quantity can be obtained by fitting it.Compared with other paper measuring equipment,the detection device has the advantages of simple operation,faster reaction speed and higher accuracy.In the calibration process,the idea of interval fitting and curve fitting is used to fit the collected capacitance value,so as to improve the measurement accuracy.In the test mode,the paper test has fast reaction speed and high precision,and can realize the measurement of about 100 sheets of paper,and has wide application space in the quantity detection of paper.
