Abstract
A series of InxFey-a MOF materials were successfully prepared by one-step hydrothermal method using foreign metal ion induction strategy, and their potential as oxygen evolution reaction(OER)electrocatalysts was demonstrated.XRD,TEM and N2 adsorption results manifest that the introduction of Fe3+ makes the original In-MOF lose long-range ordering.Such disordered nanostructures have high specific surface area and abundant exposed metal active sites, which is in favor of the electrocatalytic performance.Specially,Fe-aMOF exhibits superior OER activity, only requiring an overpotential of 258.2 mV to deliver the current density of 0.01 A/cm2,along with a low Tafel slope of 45.4 mV/dec.Moreover,Fe-aMOF also has outstanding durability and can run continuously for at least 110 h at 0.01 A/cm2.This work will further bring unique insights for the rational design and construction of next-generation high-efficience electrocatalysts.
