Abstract Taking the poisoning or suffocation accident of a chemical enterprise as an example,an accident model based on dynamic fault tree is established,and the basic events leading to the accident are obtained.Firstly,BDD method is used to analyze the static subtree qualitatively and quantitatively,and then Markov chain method is used to analyze the dynamic subtree.The failure probability of accident consequence and the importance of each event structure are obtained.Based on the analysis of the accident,further preventive measures related to accidents are proposed.
