摘要 

通过水热法合成了四种锌、镉过渡金属有机框架,分别将四种金属有机框架按质量比21掺入偏钒酸铵,在200 mL/min的氮气氛围下以400 ℃、500 ℃、 600 ℃煅烧得到新型金属有机框架衍生碳基材料.利用XRDSEMXPS等测试方法对所制备的材料进行了表征,并研究了其对有机染料亚甲基蓝、罗丹明B、刚果红、结晶紫、甲基橙的光催化降解效果.实验结果表明:经紫外光照240 min后,经500 ℃ 煅烧后所得的钒掺杂Cd-金属有机框架衍生碳基材料对有机染料具有优异的光催化降解效果,其中,对结晶紫溶液的光催化降解率可达到99.27%.

Abstract: 

In this paper,four zinc and cadmium transition metal-organic frameworks were synthesized by hydrothermal method,doped with ammonium metavanadate in the ratio of 21 by mass,and calcined at 400 ,500 and 600 under the nitrogen flow rate of 200 mL/min to obtain four new metal-organic frameworks derived carbon materials.The structure of the prepared materials was characterized by XRD,SEM,and XPS and other testing methods,and their photocatalytic degradation effects on the organic dyes,such as methylene blue,rhodamine B,Congo red,crystalline violet,and methyl orange,were investigated by Ultraviolet degradation experiments.The experimental results showed that the vanadium-doped Cd-MOF derived carbon materials obtained by 500 calcination exhibited excellent photocatalytic degradation of crystalline violet solution,with a photocatalytic degradation rate of 99.27% after UV illumination for 240 min.
