预成型道路标线带的新规制备与性能研究

摘要 

以人造彩砂和混合树脂为主要成分制备了一种新型道路标线材料——预成型道路标线带.通过磨耗、逆反射系数、色度、摩擦系数、耐水性能、耐酸碱性能以及耐老化性能等测试,对所制预成型道路标线带进行了综合性能评价.实验结果表明:当胶骨比为12.3,将部分玻璃微珠通过外撒的方式加入到预成型道路标线带中时,所得标线带的综合性能最好,其耐磨性能、反光性能、抗滑性能以及耐水、耐酸、耐碱和耐老化性能均能满足预成型道路标线带的使用性能要求.

Abstract: 

A new type of road marking material-preformed road marking tape is prepared with artificial colored sand and mixed resin as the main components.Through the abrasion,retroreflective coefficient,chromaticity,friction coefficient,water resistance,acid resistance,aging resistance and other tests,comprehensive performance research has been conducted on the preformed road marking tape.The experimental results showed that when the resin-to-aggregate ratio is 12.3 and some glass beads are added to the pre-formed road marking tape by external spraying,the overall performance of the resulting marking tape is the best.Its wear resistance reflection performance,anti-skid performance,water resistance,acid resistance,alkali resistance and aging resistance can all meet the performance requirements of preformed road marking tape.
