摘要 

滚动轴承是旋转机械中至关重要的零部件,它的失效会带来机械运行故障.为了更加准确地揭示表面缺陷轴承振动响应的机理,考虑了滚动轴承受到不平衡力以及运行产生的扰动力的影响,基于Hertzian接触理论,结合弹性力学、轴承运动学以及几何学,建立了4自由度外圈缺陷深沟球轴承动力学模型.为了能够更好地描述轴承缺陷的位置,对缺陷部分进行了数学化处理,该模型将缺陷部分看作一个矩形,从轴承实际运动的角度刻画轴系-内圈-外圈-轴承座传递过程.以深沟球SKF6205-RS轴承为建模对象,利用四阶变步长的Runge-Kutta法对动力学的拉格朗日方程进行求解,得到外圈缺陷的振动响应时域信号以及频域信号,与凯斯西储大学轴承实验结果进行了比较,验证了模型的可行性以及准确性.

Abstract: 

Rolling bearings are vital components in rotating machinery.Its failure will bring operational failures to the entire machinery.In order to more accurately reveal the mechanism of the vibration response of the surface defect bearing,considering the influence of the unbalanced force and the disturbing force generated by the operation of the rolling bearing,based on the Hertzian contact theory,combined with elastic mechanics,bearing kinematics and geometry,4-DOF dynamic model of deep groove ball bearings were established.In order to better describe the position of the bearing defect,the defective part is mathematically treated.The model regards the defective part as a rectangle,and describes the transmission of the shafting-inner ring-outer ring-bearing seat from the angle of the actual movement of the bearing.process.Taking the SKF6205-RS deep groove ball bearing as the modeling object,the Lagrange equation of the dynamics is solved by the method of the fourth-order Runge-Kutta variable step size,and the vibration response time domain signal and frequency domain signal of the outer ring defect are obtained.Compared with the bearing experimental results of Case Western Reserve University,the feasibility and accuracy of the model were verified.
