摘要 

筛选一种具有可分散性的质量分数为5%的多杀菌素油悬浮剂配方.采用湿法研磨工艺,使用实验室立式砂磨机、激光粒度仪对配方中分散介质、乳化剂、分散剂和结构调整剂及其用量分别进行筛选.采用矿物油作为油相介质,其在增加多杀菌素油悬浮剂稳定性的同时起到增效的作用.在上述方法下,对多杀菌素可分散油悬浮剂进行优化,优化配方为:多杀菌素原药5%(质量分数,以下同),矿物油乳化剂10%AEO-7乳化剂2%P6分散剂4%869结构调整剂3%,分散介质矿物油76%.筛选得到的多杀菌素可分散油悬浮剂,经过冷热贮稳定性测定,其各项指标均符合油悬浮剂的标准.

Abstract: 

The formulation of a dispersible 5% mass fraction polyfungicidal oil suspension was screened.Wet grinding process is adopted.The dispersing medium,emulsifier,dispersing agent and structural adjustment agent and their dosage in the formula were screened by vertical sanding machine and laser granulator.Mineral oil is used as the oil phase medium to increase the suspension stability of multi-kill oil and play the role of increasing efficiency.Under the above method,the optimized formulation of dispersible oil suspension with multiple fungicides was determined:5%(mass fraction) of the multi fungicide raw material,10% mineral oil emulsifier,2% AEO-7 emulsifier,4% P6 dispersant,3% 869 structure adjusting agent,and 76% mineral oil dispersion medium.The selected multi fungicide dispersible oil suspension agent has been tested for cold and hot storage stability,and all its indicators meet the standards for oil suspension agents.
