摘要 

随着CAN总线和嵌入式技术的发展,汽车组合开关也从传统的电阻或电压信号输出向总线输出发展,组合开关呈现电子化、智能化发展趋势.为了节约电动汽车的内饰空间和生产成本,提出了将电动汽车的换挡功能集合在组合开关中.本组合开关由灯光雨刮手柄、巡航手柄和换挡手柄组成.灯光雨刮手柄和巡航手柄为簧片接触机构,满足12×10 4次操作要求;换挡手柄为霍尔感应非接触结构,满足50×10 4次操作要求.组合开关的信号经S9S12G128F0CLF单片机处理后通过CAN总线输出给其他模块,减少电阻和电压输出可能存在信号不匹配问题.设计的组合开关具有故障诊断、在线刷写程序、网络管理、换挡控制等功能.实验和测试结果表明:设计的组合开关能够同时实现灯光雨刮、巡航、换挡信号输出的功能,性能稳定可靠.将换挡功能集合在组合开关上,节约了原中控换挡开关所需的空间和成本,且结合嵌入式系统的智能化设计方法,有效地解决了组合开关和其他模块的信号不匹配问题.

Abstract: 

With the development of CAN bus and embedded technology,the automobile combination switch also develops from traditional resistance or voltage signal output to the bus output And the combination switch presents the trend of electronic and intelligent development In order to save the interior space and production cost of electric vehicle,the design method of combining the shift function of electric vehicle with the combination switch is proposed The combined switch is composed of light wiper handle,cruise handle and shift handle The handle of the light wiper and the cruise handle are reed contact mechanisms,meeting the operation requirements of 12×10 4 times,and the shift handle is Hall induction non-contact structure,meeting the operation requirements of 50×10 4 times The signal of the combination switch is processed by S9S12G128F0CLF and then output to other modules through CAN bus to reduce the mismatch between the resistance and voltage output The designed combined switch has the functions of fault diagnosis,bootloader,network management,shift control,etc The experiment and test results show that the designed combined switch can realize the function of light wiper,cruise and shift signal output simultaneously,and the performance is stable and reliable The space and cost of the original shift switch are saved by integrating the shift function on the combination switch,and the problem of signal mismatch between the combination switch and other modules is effectively solved by combining the intelligent design method of the embedded system.
