Abstract
In this paper, four zinc and cadmium transition metal-organic frameworks were synthesized by hydrothermal method, doped with ammonium metavanadate in the ratio of 2∶1 by mass, and calcined at 400 ℃,500 ℃ and 600 ℃ under the nitrogen flow rate of 200 mL/min to obtain four new metal-organic frameworks derived carbon materials. The structure of the prepared materials was characterized by XRD,SEM,and XPS and other testing methods, and their photocatalytic degradation effects on the organic dyes, such as methylene blue, rhodamine B,Congo red, crystalline violet, and methyl orange, were investigated by Ultraviolet degradation experiments. The experimental results showed that the vanadium-doped Cd-MOF derived carbon materials obtained by 500 ℃ calcination exhibited excellent photocatalytic degradation of crystalline violet solution, with a photocatalytic degradation rate of 99.27% after UV illumination for 240 min.
