Abstract
To evaluate the dust explosion risk in oil shale retorting process more comprehensively,a comprehensive risk assessment method for dust explosion in oil shale retorting process was proposed combining G1 method,entropy weight method,game theory and cloud model theory.The method uses G1 method and entropy weight method to determine the subjective and objective weight of evaluation index,and then calculates the comprehensive weight value by game theory method,and combines cloud model to determine the risk level of dust explosion.Based on the explosive characteristics of materials,the dust explosion risk assessment system of oil shale retorting process was established from four aspects of human,material,environment and management.The typical risk factors were classified into four categories and 30 items.Taking the Fushun style oil shale dry distillation refining process as an example for analysis,the numerical characteristics of the cloud model were (6054,322,079),and the explosion risk was moderate.The effectiveness of the model was verified by comparing it with analytic hierarchy process-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,analytic hierarchy process - entropy weight method combined weight - extension model and variable fuzzy set pairing method.The research results show that the dust explosion risk assessment system and evaluation method of oil shale retorting process have strong pertinence and operability and the evaluation results are intuitive,which can provide reference for the study of dust explosion risk in oil shale retorting process.
