Analysis of the Influence of Exciting Force Order on the Vibration of Blisk
Based on the lumped mass integral model of blade disk structure,the effects of different excitation force orders on the forced vibration response of integral blade disk of cyclic structure are studied.According to the mechanical vibration calculation and analysis method,the vibration equation of the integral blade disk of the cyclic symmetric structure is established,and the numerical simulation of the integral blade disk of the cyclic symmetric structure under different excitation force orders is carried out by using MATLAB software,and the forced vibration response characteristic curve of the integral blade disk of the cyclic symmetric structure under each excitation force order is drawn.The results show that under the specified number of blades,coupling conditions and damping conditions set by the disk model,changing the order of excitation force has little effect on the overall disk resonance frequency of cyclic symmetric structure,and the resonance interval under different order of excitation force does not change greatly.In the process of increasing the order of excitation force from low order to high order,the amplitude of the integral blade disk of cyclic symmetric structure will decrease in turn.
