Abstract
China was rich in coal resources, and its direct combustion brought pollution to the environment.Hydrogen energy was regarded as the most ideal clean energy in the 21st century. The technology of coal slurry electrolysis to produce hydrogen not only combined the clean utilization of coal and the production of hydrogen, but also consumed only 1/3 to 1/2 of the energy of hydrolysis hydrogen production, which was a new hydrogen production technology. The influence factors of Fe ion concentration and electrolysis temperature were investigated by linear voltammetry(LSV) and timing current method(I-t),respectively.The results showed that under the experimental conditions of 230 mesh coal particles,1 mol/L sulfuric acid and 300 r/min stirring speed, the electrolysis efficiency increased with the increase of the concentration of Fe3+/Fe2+ in the electrolyte. The synergistic effect of Fe3+/Fe2+ on the electrolytic efficiency was better than that of Fe3+ or Fe2+ alone,0.04 mol/L Fe3+/Fe2+ was the optimal concentration in the electrolysis process. With the increase of temperature, the electrolytic efficiency increased, and 80 ℃ was the optimal temperature for the electrolytic process.
