摘要 

工业生产过程中难以建立精确的数学模型,其参数往往难以整定.基于此,本文研究了基于内模控制的参数整定方法,利用减半原则将高阶含有延迟环节的模型降阶为一阶或二阶的模型,依据内模比例-积分-微分参数整定过程推导出SIMC法的整定公式进行SIMC参数整定.经仿真分析发现该方法的单位阶跃响应速度快、无振荡、超调量小,且其控制效果明显优于其他经典PID整定方法.应用此方法对精馏塔温度控制系统进行PID参数整定,由于精馏塔系统本身存在很强的耦合作用,故设计基于内模控制思想的内模解耦控制器.通过仿真结果发现无论在模型匹配还是失配的情况下,都不仅能消除回路之间的耦合作用,还能减小超调.所研究的内模解耦控制是一种先进、有效的解耦方案.

Abstract: 

Because it is difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model in the industrial production process,and its parameters are often difficult to set.This paper studies the parameter setting method of Sigurd Internal Model Control(SIMC) based on internal model control.Using the half rules to reduce the high-order model with delay link to the first-order or second-order model.Then,according to the Internal Model Control-Proportion Integral Differential(IMC-PID) parameter tuning process to get the SIMC parameter tuning formula,carry out SIMC parameter tuning.This method has fast unit step response speed,no oscillation,and small overshoot,and its control effect is obviously better than other classic PID tuning methods.Applying this method for PID parameter tuning in distillation column temperature control system.Because the distillation column system itself has a strong coupling effect,an IMC decoupling controller based on IMC idea is designed.Through simulation results,it was found that both model matching and mismatch can not only eliminate the coupling effect between loops,but also reduce overshoot.The internal model decoupling control studied is an effective and advanced decoupling scheme.
