摘要 

目前撞击流技术在化学工程及多种过程工业中具有广泛应用.为了对撞击流混合器内的流动特征进行更深入地研究,利用数值模拟对撞击流混合器内流场特性进行分析.通过模拟得到不同动量比及不同喷嘴间距下撞击流反应器内流体速度、湍动能及压力分布,探究不同入口动量比对撞击流混合器流场特性的影响.结果表明:在xOy截面上两喷嘴的动量比越大,流体压力值越大,压力梯度分布越大;湍动能分布沿径向逐渐减小.对撞击面径向流体速度和压力进行分析,研究发现:当喷嘴间距L=2D时,径向流体速度呈双峰分布,流体压力呈单峰分布;随着动量比的增加,流体的速度和压力整体增大.L=4D时,非等动量撞击下径向流体速度呈单峰分布;等动量撞击(K=10)下,撞击面径向上流体速度呈双峰分布;非等动量撞击的压力水平均低于等动量撞击.

Abstract: 

At present,impinging stream technology was widely used in chemical engineering and various process industries.In order to further study the flow characteristics in the impinging stream mixer,the flow field characteristics in the impinging stream mixer were analyzed by numerical simulation.The fluid velocity,turbulent kinetic energy and pressure distribution in the impinging stream reactor under different momentum ratio and nozzle spacing were simulated to explore the effects of different inlet momentum ratio on the flow field characteristics of the impinging stream mixer.The results showed that the larger the momentum ratio of the two nozzles on the xOy section,the greater the fluid pressure and the greater the pressure gradient distribution.The turbulent kinetic energy distribution decreased gradually along the radial direction.The radial fluid velocity and pressure on the impact surface were analyzed.It was found that when the nozzle spacing L=2D,the radial fluid velocity presented a bimodal distribution and the fluid pressure presented a single peak distribution.With the increased of momentum ratio,the velocity and pressure of fluid increased as a whole.When L=4D,the radial fluid velocity under non equal momentum impact showed a single peak distribution.Under equal momentum impact(K=1.0),the fluid velocity in the radial direction of the impact surface presented a bimodal distribution.The pressure level of non equal momentum impact was lower than that of equal momentum impact.
